Food Safety and Training
FOSTAC (Food Safety Training and Certification) is a training program of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) initiated to increase awareness among food business operators regarding food safety and standards. As per the provisions of the FSSAI Act, all food business operators are required to have trained and certified personnel within their premises to ensure food safety.
